Backstory: A full stomach, something good to drink, a cozy blanket, or even a roof over her head—these were things Lillith could hardly imagine for most of her life. Her parents were homeless and addicted to alcohol. When they realized they could exploit their daughter to tug even more scraps from people’s pockets through pity, Lillith spent most of her days begging and stealing to survive. At the age of eleven, she returned empty-handed from a routine thieving run. Her parents, enraged, attacked her with two axes and disowned her. From that moment on, she had to fend for herself. Most days were spent honing her thieving talents or practicing sleight of hand tricks, scraping by any way she could.
